TERMS OF SERVICE — DOKAN CONDITIONAL CATEGORY ATTRIBUTES

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Dokan Conditional Category Attributes
("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
do not use the Plugin.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon payment confirmation through FastSpring (our Merchant of Record), we grant you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin according to your
purchased tier:
Starter: 1 website / 1 year
Professional: 5 websites / 2 years
Business: Unlimited websites / 3 years
"Website" means a single WordPress installation with a unique domain. Subdomains
count as separate sites unless on a WordPress Multisite network.
3. LICENSE ACTIVATION & VALIDATION
The Plugin requires license key activation. Your domain, site URL, and IP address are
transmitted to our license server (opequeglass.com) for validation. This is necessary
for fraud prevention and license compliance. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin
- Use the Plugin on more sites than your tier allows
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
- Remove license validation checks
- Use nulled or stolen license keys
Violation results in immediate license termination without refund.

5. UPDATES & SUPPORT
Active licenses receive plugin updates and tier-appropriate support:
- Starter: Email support (48-hour response)
- Professional: Priority email (24-hour response)
- Business: Priority email + live chat

Updates are delivered via WordPress's built-in updater using your valid license key.

6. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your license if:
- Payment chargebacks occur
- License terms are violated
- Fraudulent activation patterns are detected

Upon termination, you must cease using the Plugin and delete all copies. No refund
is issued for terminated licenses.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE
COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL WORDPRESS THEMES, PLUGINS, OR HOSTING ENVIRONMENTS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OPEQUEGLASS'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved
through binding arbitration.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Material changes will be notified via email to the address associated with your
FastSpring purchase.

Do you offer customization services?

No. We do not offer custom development, theme customization, or bespoke coding services. Our support is limited to the plugin's core functionality as sold.

Will the plugin stop working if your website goes down?

The plugin performs periodic license validation checks. If our licensing server is temporarily unavailable, the plugin includes a grace period and will not immediately disable your site. However, prolonged failure to validate may result in restricted access to settings until connectivity is restored.
