OpequeGlass operates opequeglass.com and sells the Dokan Conditional Category Attributes
plugin through FastSpring (our Merchant of Record and payment processor).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
When you purchase the Plugin, FastSpring collects payment and billing information.
We receive from FastSpring: your name, email, order ID, and purchased product tier.

When you activate the Plugin, our license server collects:
- License key
- Site domain (e.g., example.com)
- Site URL
- Server IP address
- WordPress version (for compatibility)
- Activation timestamp

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT
- License validation: Prevent unauthorized use and enforce site limits
- Fraud prevention: Detect stolen keys or abnormal activation patterns
- Support: Verify your license status when you contact us
- Updates: Deliver plugin updates to active licenses

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Purchase records: 7 years (tax compliance)
- License activation logs: Duration of active license + 2 years
- Deactivated site records: 1 year after deactivation, then anonymized

5. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with:
- FastSpring (payment processing, required by MoR relationship)
- Our hosting provider (server infrastructure)

6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Correction: Update inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion (may deactivate your license)
- Portability: Receive data in machine-readable format

License keys are hashed in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3). Our server uses PDO prepared
statements to prevent SQL injection. API secrets are server-side only.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Plugin is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We will notify material changes via email. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version.
