Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), and fastspring our exclusive Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund execution. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.


1. 30-Day Refund Window

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

  • Failure to read product requirements

  • Compatibility issues with unsupported third-party themes/plugins

  • Lack of technical expertise to install or configure

  • Requests after 30 days (except where required by law)


2. Product Requirements

You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Our plugins require:

  • WordPress (version specified on product page)

  • WooCommerce (version specified on product page)

  • Dokan Multivendor (where applicable)

  • Compatible hosting environment (PHP, MySQL, etc.)

Refunds are not granted for conflicts caused by outdated installations, unsupported hosting, third-party plugins/themes not explicitly supported, or custom code modifications.


3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days:

  • Subject: "Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

Include:

  • Full name and purchase email

  • Order number or Paddle transaction ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Description of the issue (if applicable)

  • Relevant screenshots or error messages

Timeline:

  • Acknowledgment: within 2 business days

  • Decision: within 5 business days

  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days to original payment method (via Paddle) or fastspring


4. License Deactivation

If approved:

  • Your license key is revoked immediately

  • You must uninstall and delete the plugin from all sites

  • Continued use constitutes software piracy and may result in legal action

  • All future updates and support are terminated


5. Statutory Rights

If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, you have statutory rights under consumer protection laws. As detailed above, you may waive your 14-day cooling-off period for digital products by consenting to immediate delivery during checkout. Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot be waived by contract.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Direct contact results in faster resolution. Chargeback abuse may result in license suspension and account termination.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date and emailed to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
